Getting Past Your Past by Francine Shapiro

I was trained in EMDR in 2019 and use this approach with all my clients who want to heal from trauma. 

For those who are not ready to begin therapy with a therapist, "Getting Past Your Past" is a great starting place. This book is easy to read but it will force you to look deeper into how your past is currently "running the show."

Featuring many therapy transcripts and self-guided coping skills, this book is a must have for those who want to explore EMDR from the source. 

I personally still use many of these techniques with my clients today.
