Hawaii Clients:

We accept HMSA and HMAA insurance for clients residing in the state of Hawaii

Florida Clients:

​

At this time, we do not accept insurance for clients residing in the state of Florida. Clients must be self-pay.

CO-PAYMENT

Co-payment depends on the type of insurance and plan that you have. Please call your insurance carrier and ask the following questions:

 

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
     

  • What is my deductible?
     

  • How many sessions does my health insurance cover?
     

  • What is the coverage amount per session?
     

  • Do I need approval from my family physician?

RATES

​For self-paying clients (those that are interested in paying out-of-pocket), we accept cash, check or credit card payments.
